my doctor said to start by losing 10% of my total body weight at first. sure I have a lot more to lose then that, but why would I ever try if I think OMG I need to lose 150 pounds! It's not worth beating yourself up over the BIG picture. just one day and one pound at a time.

Large warm italian sub with all the yummy oils and mayo, home made french fries and fry sauce and a large lemonaid. Oh! and a giant white chocolate macadamia nut cookie

i always enter my activity points at the end of the day after I'm done eating so I don't use them.

met at and engaged at 19 (he was 23), married at 20, first kid at 22 and now we have been together for 7years

i wouldn't mind either. At least he has the kids in a good enviroment

you could try a different kind of work out. maybe some strength training.

Soda, dipping sauce, donuts and 2% milk. Now if I could just break myself from the french fries and chocolate.

I have had 2 babies. first one I gained only 9 pounds total and he came out weight 8lb. So all in all I was 17 pounds after delivery then I was when I got pregnant. The 2nd baby.. WELL,I'm still paying for that pregnancy I gained about 45 LB total. Each pregnancy is different. but certainly be watchful the last month.
