I usually get headaches quite often, and it just occurred to me while reading this thread that since cutting out Diet Coke (I used to drink about 3 a day) a month ago I don't think I've gotten a single headache. Of course it could be a coincidence-- I might start drinking them again for a week or two to see if the…

Omg, yes, so tired of being asked if I play basketball all through middle and high school! (5'10 btw)

Curious bump. I eat small meals throughout the day and it's working well for me, but I find it fascinating to hear what works for others.

Yes! Body by gaming. Being changed by gym ^_^

Hey, I'm 22, feel free to add me :) I find having friends on here helps motivate me too.

I joined a gym about 3 weeks ago and have been going at least 5 days a week. I'm sore ALL THE TIME-- not an injured sore, just a constant dull achiness, but you just have to ignore it and keep going, you know? :) If there's ever a day that's really bad I'll take a rest day and a nice, hot bubble bath.

Mine does with the machines at Gold's, and it seems to do it very accurately. Love it!

I just discovered a deeeeelicious, fat-free, my-new-favorite thing to eat for dessert. Raspberry fat-free Greek yogurt (I used Chobani) with some Walden Farms calorie-free chocolate syrup poured on. The raspberry/chocolate combo tastes so decadent and rich, yum! It's low calorie, fat-free, high protein, and the chocolate…

Cool, thanks Corylda :)

Hi, I've never heard of measuring frame size; always thought it was just some sort of ambiguous term, haha. I'd really like to know more about it. I'm 5'9-5'10", 145lbs, and just measured my wrist circumference: 6". What do I do with this measurement to find my frame size? Thanks!
-
I'm 5'10 and aiming for 130lbs, currently 145. If any of you 5'10" ladies wants to friend me, please do-- would love to have someone of the same height to compare my workouts/diet/progress to! :)

I'm also looking for support buddies :) Feel free to add me, no message necessary!

Daaaaamn you've had a baby?! Your abs are killer! You are inspiring.
-
I agree, I like seeing what other people do for workouts and meals! Gives me ideas :)

Yeah, I wouldn't say anything. She'll get serious about it when she's ready. In the meantime, you'll look better standing next to her ;P

The trainer at my gym said my body is 27% fat. I'm 5'9" and 145 lbs, so I'm not too "big", but the trainer said I have zero muscle-- trying to change that! They said I should aim for under 20%.
-
Hey, I'm 5'9" to 5'10 (depending on who's measuring me) and currently 145lbs-- BMI of 21.4. I'm looking to get down to 130 and gain some muscle. I'll probably add some "start" pictures soon (I just joined MFP)-- feel free to add me as a friend!

I'm curious about the same. I just hit the gym and burned about 1000 calories, but I don't want to have to eat over 2000 calories today! That's a lotta food. At the same time, I don't want to go into this "starvation mode" MFP keeps threatening me with. Can I eat just a few hundred over my usual intake goal, without making…

You look amazing! Congrats!

1/3 reduced fat Philadelphia garden vegetable cream cheese Sabra chipotle hummus Polar pomegranate seltzer water Chocolate protein shakes (Orgain- best tasting but 255 cals, or Slim Fast- still good with 190 cals) Light Hellmann's mayo I'm not a big sweets person but I love cheesy, salty, spicy, crunchy things.

Omg, so many tall ladies on here! There's gotta be a twin for me. Height: 5'9" SW: 148 CW: 145 GW:130

I just got mine in the mail today and wore it to the gym tonight! I'm wondering how accurate it is too, because the # of calories the FT4 said I burned (~400 cals) was twice what the machine said for a 30 min. elliptical workout. That said, I have a very fast heart rate (Average 185 bpm for 30 mins workout is normal for…
