I made egg salad the other day by mixing a chopped hard boiled egg into a mashed up ripe avocado with just a teaspoon of light mayo and it was crazy good!

I second the people who have mentioned this: Greek yogurt is surprisingly thick for being non-fat. I always found that non-fat regular yogurt was really liquidy. It's also got a nice amount of protein. Makes a great substitute for sour cream: I've used it on top of Mexican food and chili and couldn't tell the difference.…

Gah I LOVE Stacy's pita chips too. And the Everything Bagel Chips. I like eating them with hummus or garden vegetable cream cheese. Those are seriously my biggest food addictions. I've stopped buying them because I have a hard time not snarfing down the whole bag. :blushing:

Yep, B-shaped here as well. Even though I'm starting to get a hint of that nice, vertical line down my ab area, my stomach still has that indent and poooooch! Very frustrating, haha, hoping it will go away with time.

Mmm, I honestly love eating Subway, I just try to get stuff with the least sodium (or make up for it by eating something with very little sodium later in the day :P)! I like the 6" wheat veggie delight, with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, lots of jalapenos, cucumbers, and light mayo or honey mustard.
