Nope, allergic to the cat...so she is not allowed in the bedroom. My puppy is still kenneled most nights and sleeps in there next to our bed. My mastiff, well he is huge and sleeps anywhere but my bed. I prefer only myself and hubby in our bed, plus the whole sleeping naked thing would creep me out with an animal in my bed.

I have had my doctor for 15yrs. She looked at me and asked why I weighed 10lbs over my delivery weight with my daughters, and other than pregnant she had never seen me weight above 135lb. She then ran a bunch of tests and said your healthy, so what did you do? I like blunt people, even when it stings :drinker:

I wasn't sure either at first but then I read your original post. In that thread Sarah has pics up and she is more of a power lifter and competes, usmc has pics up and does bodybuilding. They are both smaller women that fully clothed most on the street would never guess that they lift. That may be a reason for the link.

I would most likely never do the contract, BUT it is a big deal if she quits a sport.....it let's the team down, by signing up she takes a spot that could have went to another child, plus it is just a really bad attitude to teach. I am not too hard on my girls but Iexpect them to finish what they start especially if others…

I was recently reading that squats may help increase tension and better strengthen your pelvic floor then kegels. So lifting may benefit women'sinternal organs and bladder control. Mustards normally have 0 or low calories but hating them makes them useless to you. Avocado is healthy but high calorie, olive oil is the same. I just use what I want and log it, making it fit my goals.
