Is it just me ...or does anyone else think 56 calories is not a lot.?? I drink cherry vodka with diet coke or coke zero... If you are worried about the calories just don't eat so much earlier that day. Does wonders with the tolerance level and how much you have to spend on drinks.(not as much) HA

I am sad that I did not get to finish out the Sept challenge due to a kidney infection :( I am still on some antibiotics but there is no pain now-a-days ...so thats good...unfortunately due to medication and not moving around I gained 2.5 lbs back :( I am looking forward to doing a whole month of challenges! Here we go!

Everyone is doing a fantastic job. It has been a bit rough this week for me. TOM , eating and drinking wise. I also picked up extra shifts at my second job so I did not get to work out as much as needed.
