Ultimately I would like to lose about 80 pounds. I try to not focus on that big number though and take baby steps! 10 pounds at a time is what I keep telling myself.

I try to mix it up as much as I can. I like greek yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, cereal or even just some toast with cheese on it. I try to pick something that will keep me full the longest. Usually wears off by 10am either way though :laugh:

I try my hardest to not eat those burned calories. It just defeats the purpose of working out and burning all those calories off, in my opinion.

I have wonder the same thing! I usually don't count it as my water intake. I am happy to meet a fellow tea lover, by the way! I love hot tea. I do not put anything in it either.

I heard somewhere that for however much body fat percentage you have, that is how many ounces you should be drinking. So if someone has 30% body fat, they need to be drinking at least 30 ounces of water a day. There are honestly so many different opinions about water intake I never know which one to believe!

I have not tried it yet. I was turned off when I saw that it was almost 300 calories. However, it is that many calories because it has cream and brown sugar already mixed in it with lots of fruit. When I dropped about 30 pounds a year ago I noticed that my shoe size went down almost 2 complete sizes. Have you measured your feet recently? Maybe they have changed?

I weigh myself without clothes once a week, same day of the week, and same time. Fridays first thing when I wake up before I jump in the shower.
