Sorry I didnt make that more clear. I was thinking we could weigh in every 2 weeks. So it is an ongoing progress thing. If that makes sense so we just weighed in on Monday, August 20th. So on September 4th we will see where our progress is from there.

Our progress! Our first biggest loser is NatalieFamily3 with 3 lbs lost! So completely agree-nails on chalk board or rubbing styrofoam together kinda thing. But then again I have my own liking of names for my significant other, that I am sure most women would not use for their husbands soo.. 'tis all.

I think it depends a lot on your height and where you carry your weight and how you were wearing your clothes when you started. I know for instance that i wear my clothes tighter when I am heavier and they fit different parts of my body as I lose weight. I didnt have the same issue as you but I didnt start at the same…

I suffer from Depression/Anxiety and was kind of sucessful last year with a good amount of weight loss. I keep mine private because I don't need anyone else to hold me accountable to what kinds of foods I eat besides me. I think we all know if what we are eating is good or bad. I suppose if I wanted others to scrutinize the foods I eat then I would leave it to be seen. But people seeing if I stay with in my calories or not…

I try not to weigh myself right before i work out because sometimes it discourages me. So it tends to be after :) otherwise it is usually first thing in the morning before I get all clean and such.
