255.6 = 6.4 lost! I was at 255 yesterday but.. the muchies got to me and I worked out in the morning instead of at night so that probably did me in. Probably wont get to 249 by March 1st but at least I am on the right path.

So I started here at 274.6 --right before Christmas I was at 267.4 so 7.2 lbs lost. And what did I do? I gained it back over xmas--thanks to cookies and my TOM I am at 276.2. blah.

I suppose I should weigh in here even though I am not tracking it on MFP actually (yet) as of today I am 276.2. Ack the dreaded 276 where I was stuck for nearly 3 weeks. It's gotta go. I am up up up. I really didnt do terribly I know someo of it is eating but some of it is definitley TOM related.

My plateau finally gave up the ghost after 18 days. OMG. okay new weight 274.6. =1.8 lost! yay! This is likely thanks to my little brothers advice of changing up my gym routine. that and uptake in water the past few days. One of the two but I am going with the first :)

So start weight was 281.6 & current weight (as of tuesday still--broken scale yesterday and today so cannot verify that I am still here until i purchase another) was 276.4 so 5.2 lost. :)

276.4 this week so 1.8 loss since last week. Not so bad for taking a week off though really that me not gaining anything since tues. TOM this week so hoping I am not going to go back up.. we will see :) Oh and also hurt my back lifting an entertainment center yesterday. So not good.

My start weight is 281.6! (it took me yet nearly another week to lose less than a lb so hopefully this plateau breaks!) I am hopinghopinghoping that I will be in the 270's within 2 weeks :)

282.4 for me this week. Only .6 lost. I think my body is adjusting to the caloric intake and exercise too much. Not sure how to shake things up :\ But kind of really frustrated that the scale isn't moving so much.
