Oh yeah. I graduated High school 5'6 and 110 lbs. Could eat anything I wanted and lose weight. THEN I had kids. For some reason no matter how healthy I ate I gained. I'm 5'6 and currently 131. My goal was 125 but I think I'm happy where I'm at right now. I don't have any curves so no worries there. Think I may be paying for some soon. :wink:

I do the salsa thing too and will add either a side of rice or a veggie such as broccoli, zuchinni, fresh mushrooms, whatever you like. This is a staple in my everyday eating. Yummy!

I have been trying to lose my last 5 lbs since July! Give your body a jolt by mixing up your workout routine. Try doing something different - elliptical, a workout video, Wii/Kinect, spinning/biking.
