It's awesome! I'm on my 2nd round of it too. Got great results the first time, slacked off for a couple of mths and now I'm back at it again. Its short - 25min including cool down 3 levels. Only need some hand weights for it. :) Def recommend it!

I didn't run but I did elliptical and 30DS. I would do my 30DS in the morning and then get on the elliptical in the afternoon for an hour or so. I didn't take any rest days but 1 during my thirty days. :) Hope this helps!

I LOVE Level 3! It's SO much better than 2 in my opinion. Its fast paced so before you know it you're done with the workout. It is def. where I saw the most results. I'm on my 2nd round of 30DS now. Good luck! :)
