I'm def. not an expert but I had been using weights everyday for 6 weeks before I started 30 DS and I still had to use 3 lbs weights while doing it. I would start with 2lb if you have them and then move up if you feel like you can handle it. :) Good luck!

I was 125 before baby number 2 so that is my ultimate goal but I'm at 134 and my body is just not budging. Definitely could stand to loose a few more lbs with my build so I'm gonna keep on trucking. :)

I third the grocery store idea. But if you have to do fast food, Taco Bell is a good option - they have a whole Al Fresco menu and everything is under 300 calories - you can get 2 shrimp tacos for under 300. :) Lots of sodium tho. :( Have a fun and safe trip! :)

Junk food definitely. Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate. Did I say chocolate? lol I :heart: chocolate. I literally cannot have it in the house bc I have ZERO willpower with it. :grumble:

I'm actually hesitant to comment on this bc this is a heated topic. But, me personally, if I eat all my exercise calories back I do gain. I have experimented with it a few times in the past 3 1/2 mths and I DO gain. So I stick to my 1200 even when I exercise. I think everyone is different. Trust me, if I could eat all my…

Me personally was about 2-3 weeks before I didn't feel hungry all the time. Over 3 mths I have SLOWLY changed my eating habits and now I pig out on some veggies. lol It took me a little bit for them to satisfy me tho. Stick with it, it will happen. :smile:

First and foremost, CONGRATS!!! How exciting! I agree with everyone else. Walk, swim, low impact, just keep moving and keep eating veggies, fruits, lean meats. :) You'll do great!

This is EXACTLY what I do! lol Made a casserole with tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, and green peppers and my hubby only thought there were green peppers in it. Told him afterward and he couldnt believe it. :bigsmile:

I started it 2 days ago and def. feel like its working muscles that I wasn't working doing my daily Elliptical, crunches and weights. I will do the 30DS and then hop on the elliptical for 30-40 min. to burn some more calories. Guess we will see in a couple of weeks how it works out for me. :)
