I did the original back when you could still get them on VHS. I enjoyed them and always got a great sweat. Back then it was more for general fitness than for weight loss, so I was not really tracking the weight. I got some of his new er DVDs a few years ago, but I think they are still shrink wrapped.

Just one. A US flag on upper left arm with the words Duty, honor, patriotism below. I sometimes think of getting more, always wanted an eagle themed Tat. But, I im my 40s now. Trying to discuss this with my 14 year old daughter who wants to get tats and piercings is a tough thing to do.

My Mandatory PT session is 0550. I am an early riser anyway. I usually get there early enough to do 10-20 minutes on stationary bike just to get warmed up. Monday Wednesday and Friday are cardio days. Due to injury I dont run. I power walk. Tuesday and Thursday are core days! I get smoked. Everyday I follow the workout…

Army says 26%, so that is where I am headed. I want to get my body weight down and get the percentage lower, but right now thats my goal. I would love to go into a weigh in without worrying about the tape!

I came in over the alloted bodyfat % (I am in the military). The fitness folks told all of us to use it and we turn in our diaries weekly so they can see what we are doing. Since Nov 15 I am down 19 pounds. 7 since I joined here a few weeks ago. I have recommended it to several folks.

Hey! I am Scott. 43. I am in the military and came in above allowed body fat percentage. I have been working to loose since mid November when I was 243, I am now 224. I went up in percentage becasue of the way they calculate, but am now coming down. I check my weight every morning after my workout before I shower. Just to…

I get up at 0400-0415. I have a 40 minute drive to where I work/workout. Do a little on my own, have a group session at 0550-0700 then do some more cardio. I am starting to do the Bowflex Treadclimber at home in the evening. I try to be in bed by 2200. I have been dealing with insomnia lately, so it throws everything off.

243 on Nov 15 2011. Now down to 225. Dis not try hard over the holidays. Just started on here a few weeks ago because I was told to by people where I work (military. I turn reports in each Friday. I can lie to myself, but I cant lie to others about this. I am down 7 lbs since getting on here.

Bowflex Trreadclimber. Its a but kicking workout. I do most of my working out at work (military). The Treadclimber is for extra cardio and for the wife to have.

This will sound crazy, but to go to a weigh in and not be worried! (military) And to have my wife get to see someting resembling abs!

Trying to convince the wife to do the one in Baltimore with me. Or at least come watch me do it! Need to go home and watch the Walking Dead for inspiration!

In the past I had success with Hydroxycut, Xenadrine and most recently with OxyPro Elite. I am not recommending this path. I would use these to lose wirght right before a weigh in (military) and then would immediately put the weight back on until right before the next weigh in. I am tring to be smart this time. I am…
