it's true....they never go away. I got AWFUL stretch marks with my first child and after I kept cheap coconut oil on my stomach and was able to wear a bikini by the next summer! :) Don't waste money on expensive products...they will NOT work any better than a good lotion.

I too am in the red for carbs every day. I don't worry about it anymore. I've lost 40 pounds by only cutting calories. Our bodies need carbs for energy...so just keep moving!! You're doing great!!

i'm 5'7 140 pounds...I'm set at 1390 calories but I go over most days! I think it just depends on the person....eat if you're really hungry!! :) If you are hungry and deprive yourself it may make you resent the lifestyle and have you reaching for chips!!
