1/2 cup ragu light tomato basil sauce, 1 tomato, 1/2 WW cheese stick & 12 fat free croutons. Blend sauce and tomato, then heat in microwave. Add cheese and croutons. Mostly water (tomato) and low calorie/carb. I've been eating it all week at least 1-2 times a day!

152 and I wear a size 6 or 8. When I weighed 138, I was a size 4, and at 197 I was a size 14. Hoping to get back to that 4!

I have a few friends (some of whom I lived with) who can eat junk all day and drink all night and are a 00. I was very much so overweight and ate healthy all the time. It used to, and still, drives me insane! I workout daily and eat healthy and would be happy being a size 4. Uggghhh.

Depends on your age. My bf is 5ft10in and weighs about 140. He is scrawny but eats like no other. He is lifting to build muscles. I suggest that.

I have started something new. I order a vodka soda. I add in my own packet of crystal light energy. 5 calories from that! 2 points on WW and low in calories!

I actually gain weight when I eat too little. Be sure to fuel your body! Exercise AND diet equals best results. Good luck :)

Pant sizes confuse me. I dropped two when losing 3 lbs. I don't get itttt!!!!

Since age 4. Glad my parents let me eat fast food and soda all the time. I am much healthier now, and have been for 3 years, just trying to hit my goal weight. Much better than my top weight of 200 lbs a few years back! I'm skinnier now than I was at 12!

He most typically will salt water fish in Newport, RI. He hasn't gone in a while due to work and his father selling all of his supplies a few years back. It is mostly for fun, but I know he would like a decent pole and to get back into this beloved hobby. I'm looking to spend under $50, because it is only a small portion…

You can add me! I'm 25 and was once just lbs shy of 200 lbs. I lost 65 lbs, but sadly gained about 20 back. I'm back on the grover and am a supportive friend. :)

Michelle said it well! Also, just a 411 I HATED student teaching (because of the teachers I worked with or who went mia the whole time I was there when they could have had 2 sets of hands to help struggling learners) but anywho. I love teaching. So keep that in mind! Feel free to add me :)

I did WW years ago and lost 65 lbs in a year. I gained about 15-20 back and started MFP. I have lots minimal weight. Right now I am doing both. I think MFP has a lot more resources, and discovered both really balance me out. I'll keep you posted in a few months on what I like better.
