I'm having the same problem. Eating 1200 calories and goingto the gym as often as possible. I lost weight before so know I can get down to 125 but am lingering at 150 :(

I'm 5'3" and my goal weight is 125lbs. I dropped down to 135 before I started my career and still had a booty and curves. I'm at 150 now and I can't wait to hit that number again!

As soon as I get over this stomach bug-like thing I have been battling all weekend I will join in on your challenge. Tomorrow I go back from February break and its now crunch time for our state testing. Common Core training for two days----this doesn't sound like fun! Hope this week goes better for you!

Thanks all :)

I do work out daily. I just had done Weight Watchers once before and lost like 2 lbs a week. It was also much easier when I was in school and not working. I'm just trying to lose 20 lbs by the time I leave for Vegas 2 months from today and don't see it happening :(

How cute! Holidays are really down played in our school due to the curriculum we used and pretty much our "no time for fun" theory. It kind of ruins it for kids. However, I used sweethearts to do a graphing activity and sort of switched my math schedule around to do problem solving yesterday instead of on Fridays. I also…

I swear by all my New Balance. Any kind. They are the best :)

Nice to meet you! Thank you for the suggestions. I tutor some days after school until 5 or 6 but do my best to get to the gym right after. When I tutor at a location different from the school I am most successful to making it to the gym which is why I try to tutor as many days as possible. Hope all is going well in your…

I eat many of those things. Recently my school has become latex and nut free though. It means I can't bring any sort of nuts (peanut butter and almonds kill me the most) along with kiwis, bananas or stawberries. These are so many healthy foods that I love that I cannot bring to school for lunch. I even eat breakfast at…

See I'm never one to order out or even go out to eat. I can afford to do that maybe once a month. I try to keep weekly grocery bills under $25 sadly. Gas going up doesn't help leave more money in the budget but I do my best to look for what healthy things are on sale!

I'm new too! I'm 25 and hoping to lose 30 lbs by the summer! Any suggestions are certainly welcome :)

Best of luck to you in reaching your goals :)

I actually work so hard at the gym that I some times find myself gaining some weight due to all the muscle building! Start measuring your body too (waist specifically) other than just using a scale. You'll surprise yourself how your weight might not change, or change as much as you like, but you still might be thinner!

So true! You need a combination of both :) Good luck!

You can! I find that you just have to be far more careful with what you are eating. My biggest problem is having 3 jobs makes it harder to exercise. However, it is worth fitting in because I always have far more energy (positive energy!) and a better outlook on my daily routine. If you can fit in exercise I highly suggest…

Hi there! I am 25 and have also had weight problems all my life. I almost weighed 200 lbs when I was 23, and I stand only 5 ft 3 in. I joined weight watchers and lost over 60 lbs. I've put about 15 back on due to a new job , a big move and lots of stress. I'm going to Vegas in 3 months and just started training to get back…
