I've only been lifting for about 2 months, and for certain exercises I have to wait for the weights I need to be free cause a boy is using them... Man is that ever gratifying, that my hard work is paying off!!!

Haven't done it, as I don't have a juicer and I know doing juicing with my Ninja is a little more involved. But check his website www.jointhereboot.com, they have tons of recipes and advice on different length fasts. They have recipes for doing a juice fast for just a weekend.

Look for trends over time, not what you weigh the day after a workout. You need all that water in your system to keep you muscles healthy. As for lifting in general, hopefully you find that your body is changing in positive ways, and try not to worry about what the scale is saying.

I'm 5'2 and 132 pounds as of this morning, and I eat 1600 cals and a good portion of my exercise calories. I'm doing intense Zumba twice a week, and heavy lifting twice a week. I was doing the Zumba for 6 months on 1200 cals and was MISERABLE. I'm feeling much happier, healthier, and stronger eating more.
