I just made the cookie using USN chocolate Whey. Its so much better than trying to drink the shake! I'd reccomend throwing banana into the mixture to make it nicer & think it'd be nice with honey & lemon!

Love the cookie idea! But i heard cooking whey protein kills the protein or makes it less effective... Is this bullcrap?

I usually eat 2190 (as calculated by nrolfw) on training days and 1932 on rest days. I usually aim for at least 95g of protein. Where did you figure out 1700 calories. Does it work for you? I think you may be right. I don't eat near enough protein some days, though i do try. Usually i aim for 1g per lb lean mass. But NROLFW recommends more protein than that. I'm basically struggling to meet the bare minimum! Going to have to fix that!!

What was i doing before stage 2 - yoga?! Bloody heck stage 2 is hard compared to stage 1. And that Dumbell Prone Cuban Snatch; OUCH!!! I'm literally using two 1.5kg plates right now instead of dumbells because I'm so weak! Hopefully i see results! :)

It depends on the person really. Personally i try eat over 95g because my lean mass is 95lbs. I think you can eat up to 3g per lb bodyweight. If you're overweight you eat less but still a lot and you should eat considerably more if you're leaner than average.

I eat at maintenance as i was losing muscle on a deficit & my weight was stalling. I'm doing okay now. So, would you reccomend doing HiIT before lifting heavy? Or would it be as effective if i was to do it late in the day?
