try out jefit.com. It's a little cumbersome to set up initially, but once you get your routines plugged in (or download a routine from the extensive database), it is very easy to use and walks you through your entire workout, including rest periods between sets

^^ Absolutely feel the same way. The other nice thing about working out in the morning is less stress the rest of the day, not worrying about when you are going to get your workout in. I actually have a bit of withdrawal on the mornings I don't work out (scheduled rest days)

I track my weight daily using a spreadsheet that automatically calculates my trend so that I am really focused on the trend instead of the daily weight. Active.com also has some great articles on strength training in the Endurance category. I normally get these in my facebook feed and bookmark them, but you can find them directly from the main site as well.
