I'm on level 1 day 2 today :) I have tried it before (only doing 15days of level 1 then 15 days of level 2) I don't dare start level 3 lol!

Hello :) I did the 30 day shred (along with healthy eating and other exercise) and it really helped me lose inches more than weight! I definitely recommend taking pictures before and after (or during) you will see such a difference! Don't rely on the scale, just take pics and measurements :)

I don't have a whole cheat day, I just have a take out every Saturday for an evening meal, normally pizza. Don't see anything wrong with it, and I'm still losing :)

I like to have a few strawberries (5-6) with about 110g of Onken fat free Vanilla yoghurt :) It's quick and tasty! Works out about 130cals :)

I'm 5ft 4 and my highest was 183lbs when I joined mfp just over a year ago, I'm down to 149lbs and aiming for 140lbs then maybe 135ish :)

I don't have any pictures but I've just finished day 10 level 1 today, and I've lost 2 inches on my tummy and half an inch on my thighs, along with a loss of 3lbs (with healthy eating and other exercise aswell) I definately recommend it, it's only 20 minutes!

I also agree that a 2lb loss in 2 and a half weeks is good. Don't be so impatient :)
