I know it can seem like a world away. I started at 270 and the top of the normal BMI range for me is 135. This means that I have to find my better half. I've lost 51.6 so far and I'll be half way when I reach 202.5. I only have 16.9 pounds until then. I like to get excited over every pound I lose, but I have a paint by…

Last night I went to a bar for a goodbye celebration for a co-worker. Driving home at 1 in the morning, after a couple of drinks (I was fine to drive) and after being around people eating bar food all night, I made a poor choice and stopped at Burger King :( The victory is that when I got home I had a moment of clarity and…

I'm going to try out the whole mason jar salad thing for work this week. I would love any advice or suggestions from anyone who has done this before!

Not silly! I did that last week and felt crazy for being proud of myself, haha. Way to go!

Hi, I'm Katie from Rhode Island. I'm 35 and 168 lbs. I grew up as an athlete and my weight has been up and down throughout my adult life. Unfortunately, it has just been up for the past few years. My goal is 135 (give or take a few). I am a teacher and have really changed my eating and exercise habits over the summer. I…

I mix chocolate whey protein powder with coffee and a little almond milk, sometimes I throw a banana in too. I find it's easier to drink breakfast sometimes and this tastes like coffee!

I'm 5'2 and at 169. I started at 176. I'm 35 and a teacher. I mainly exercise with cardio. I'm in week 4 of couch to 5k and use an eliptical in the off days. I've been trying to clean up my eating. It's not perfect, but SO much better than what it was. I would like to get down to 130-135 and aim to lose a 1-2 lbs a week.…

I'll send a friend request your way. Anyone else feel free to add me as well. I have about 50 lbs to lose and can always use a good kick in the butt. I love Jillian Michaels and am trying to make myself a runner by using C25K (if I could make it past week 5!)

Hi All! I'll be 32 on Friday :drinker: I have about 35-45 lbs to lose. I have some great friends but would love to add some more! Right now I am doing Jillian Michael's Body Revolution (I love me some Jillian!) and C25K. I really want to try some new things this summer and step out of my comfort zone.

I was so happy to be finished with cardio 1 everyday and found that I actually kind of like it when I only do it twice a week! Great job innerautumn, way to get it done even when you don't necessarily want to!
