L3D7 finished! I am so impressed with you ladies who homeschool and still find time to work out -- way to go!

L3D6 finished! I can see the end!

Catherine, great question about the winter ... I really can't see myself on a treadmill. I finished week 5 day 1 and tried to do day 2 today but accidentally hit pause in the middle. The good news is that I was running a lot longer than I should have. I'm going to repeat day 2 on Wednesday correctly.

Just for Today: I will make the time to do it

Hi Ladies! i was out of town for 4 days and managed to shred 2 of the days. I did day 5 yesterday which means I can count on one hand how many days I have left!!! I will get day 6 finished today. After 30DS I think I may do Ripped in 30 as well. Hope everyone is doing well!!!

Thanks for this challenge! I missed Fri and Sat workouts (was out of town) and if it wasn't for this challenge there would be NO way I would have been motivated to burn 600 calories when I got home on Sunday. Take that Jabba!

Again, congratulations to all of you quitters! You've been very inspiring! The boyfriend and I set a quit date for a week from tomorrow (Aug 23). And.... now that I'm telling you all it seems very real (and scary). It was much easier to put it on the calendar on my phone :)

You can tell someone's been doing Jillian! WooHoo!

L3D2 finished. Such a challenge today -- the dogs were trying to help the guys next door roof an apartment. I think my heart rate was a little higher than normal as I was yelling at them (the dogs not the roofers) in between squatting and jumping, hahaha. i'm going to the in-laws for 3 days so we'll see how Jillian likes…

LOVE all of these, thank you for sharing and inspiring. Just for today: I will stay under my my net calorie goal

W4D3 completed. This for some reason was the hardest one for me yet. I seem to get very religious around the 4th minute of the 5 minute run  Wednesday starts week 5 or possibly week 4.5 ... hope everyone is doing well!

Moffee01 way to overcome TOM and blah -- you should definitely be proud of yourself! Apry1546, I took a day off between levels and feel so much…

I finished W4D2 today, the 5 minutes have been tough for me, but I've finished each one. I am super nervous about week 5 so I may end up taking rogerm213 advice and have a week 4 1/2. We'll see. Congratulations on surviving week 3! Welcome BestPAO. I would not consider myself a runner at all. I do find though that the…

L2D9 finished. I REALLY didn't want to do this one today! Ironically half way through the first circuit my power went out and I had to re-motivate myself. BUT, it's finished! One more day at this level and then I can move on! I think I'm going to take Sunday off completely from exercising and start level 3 fresh on Monday…

Hi Ladies. I just came across this thread -- love it! I'm 31 (guess that officially puts me in my 30's and not "just out of my 20's") I am 5'2" and have 25-30 lbs to lose. I signed up for MFP about a year ago and didn't use it but in the past month I have been fully invested and have realized what a great tool it is. I…

Congratulations to all of you who have quit or are quitting! Most of the people in my life don't know I smoke (I've been a pack a day smoker for about .... 11 years now) I should invest in Bath and Body Works because people around me always comment on how good I smell. Little do they know that it's because if I didn't use…

Hahaha, I did the same thing (looking at the website) thought it was funny that they wanted to sell me more videos when I couldn't even figure out how to do the one I purchased. I ended up doing math which I think is what most people did 30Days/3 Levels = 10 Days per level. Way to go on working through the levels so…

L2D8 out of the way! Only two more days on this level -- woohoo! Have fun backpacking Kristin!

Survived week 4 day 1!!! Roger, thanks for the post, it was so encouraging. Catherinejbr, I do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred every day and throw in an extra day or 2 on C25k so I can make it to the next level. Brocksmom, glad you're still loving it! I love your profile picture!
