if you are near a whole foods, they actually have a machine where you can grind the peanut butter yourself. Can't get more natural or fresh than that!

Hi all! I'm on L1D6 of 30DS. I've even convinced my boyfriend to do it with me a couple of times and hearing him yell at Jillian gives me the motivation to finish, hahaha. I didn't know how much of a tool MFP could be and how motivating others' success stories could be! That being said, I'm rather new with no friends (lol, no MFP friends that is) so if anyone else is up for another buddy please friend me!

Also love my GFG, we got the 360 for christmas it's great because the plates are removable and so easy to clean. i use it all the time it's so easy to just throw a little seasoning on a plain chicken breast and it cooks it perfectly. I also usually cook an extra breast to cut up later for salads. I avoid using it with fish…

L1D4 completed! My boyfriend did it with me to support me .... when he had to take a break half way through he was surprised that it was not nearly as easy as it looks. Now he's determined to do it with me so he can complete level 1. HA! Jillian hooked another one!

the nike +ipod thingy does work with the c25K, it took me a few trial and error attempts to figure out the order (on an itouch). Chose your music first, then start the nike +app on a basic routine and then start the c25K app. the C25K app will work over the nike app
