I just bought a Weight Watchers glass body analysis scale at Bed, Bath, and Beyond for $30 and I love it. It doesn't waiver when you get on, you can look at more than just weight, and it looks nice too.

I like the number 4 but I have hips so I may never fit into that or maybe I could in certain pants. I'm a size 8 now and at my goal weight I'll more than likely be about a 5-6 so I'm cool witht that.

Don't go to the gym anymore but when I did I always saw people standing around talking. It's like don't you think you should get on an elliptical or something? It is a gym after all.
