UHHH, day 6 since my start, but just finished Level 1 Day 3 on 30day shred. Missed it yesterday but rode stationary instead for 10 miles. Endurance little better but not where i want it.......staying tough, just like everybody else!!!

After starting program 2 days ago, today was to be my day of other cardio - intended 5 mile walk but overslept so it will have to be my rest day today & walk tomorrow. Lots of pain in my front upper legs but weekly weigh in today - after no change last 2 weeks, lost 1.2 lbs this week!!!!! Yay!!!

After 30+ years of smoking, I just quit May 27th. I did use e-cigs (blu brand bought online thru their website) to help break the hand to mouth habits. Was rough, but easier than I thought. L1 D2 done - knees held up little better than last night, woke up with some soreness but not as much as i was afraid of. going for long walk in the morning really enjoy reading everyone's progress - really helps push me along!! keep moving!!!
