I have been doing the C25K on the treadmill. The first time I ran it just to see if I could get to 3 miles. I did running 12 minute miles. I am now on my second trial of C25K, and I started by running the minute at 7 mph, then walk at a normal pace. I just finished week 3 of C25K, and am running 3 minutes at 6.7 mph…

you actually check mfp, for the calories you have left for they day before you order another beer.

I got a cheap digital one from Walmart, and love it. Just like mfp, I dig the numbers. I find it amazing just what a serving, say 3oz is, and how full you can get by staying at 1 serving.

I log it. I have been surprised how some beers (Boddington's for one) has less calories than some domestic beers, and more taste. It has made me more careful on what I eat the rest of the day. I see a snack and think, "I can have this snack now, or a beer later. Sometimes the beer wins, sometimes the snack wins. Usually…

Congratulations on YOUR hard work paying off! You are an inspiration. Wow!

I think it is motivating to see what others have achieved. It makes me work harder, so that one day I can be proud of taking a picture with my shirt off. If I find anything tasteless, I don't friend them, and I move past the pic. It is that easy.

I want to feel comfortable with myself. I would like to look in the mirror, and not think "Damn, you are fat!" I also enjoy seeing my work get results. The numbers going down, after working out and eating healthy feels great.

I still eat some junk food, but definitely less than before. I find that keeping track of what I eat has helped me realize how bad some junk food is for you. I notice the more weight I lose, the less attractive junk food sounds. When a cookie has 200 calories or more, I I know I have to run for 20 -30 minutes just to burn…

I run on a treadmill, so I started walking at 3.0 mph(20 min/mile), and running at 5.0(12min/mile). Those numbers are in mfp.
