Find an upper body ergometer. It is like a stationary bike that you pedal with your arms. Many gyms/fitness centers have at least one around.

It sounds like a bad idea to me. I think I will stay with protein powder in my smoothies. Good luck with the blended tuna/chicken/etc.....

As long as you are losing, and able to maintain that lifestyle, you are golden. If/when you stop losing weight, then you either have to lower your calories, or increase your activity. You are better off doing what you can live with, and still be happy. If you go on a low calorie/high exercise diet, you will lose weight…

2 lbs in 2 weeks! Awesome. If you go bed hungry, so what? It is working. I would suggest drinking more water, or get used to going to bed hungry. Breakfast will taste better!

I drink a few cups of black coffee every morning. I have lost over 40 lbs. Drinking coffee did not stop me from losing weight.

Since you asked for opinions. I think it is time you upped your speed, to at least 3.1. If you cannot keep up, then do it for a few minutes, then go back to your normal.

My life goals, and health goals are more important than meals on any holiday. On Monday I would not remember what I had for my Easter meal, but I will know how good or bad my body feels if I eat or don't eat too much.
