This has happened to me twice this year. I get stuck on the same weight for almost 2 months, then suddenly I start losing almost a pound a day for a week. I would recommend just sticking it out. Right when you are at your most frustrated, the weight will start melting off. Then you will hit another plateau.

I stopped eating white rice because it increases the risk of diabetes. I go with the long grain brown which is loaded with complex carbohydrates and doesn't give you a sugar spike.

That's a tough one. I would recommend going lighter on the squats. I prefer the bodysquat where I kneel down as far as I can. I like to do 10-12 sets of 10 repetitions. My record is driving from Portland to New York City (3000 miles) in 3 days. You can drive 900 miles in one day, but you need to get up really, REALLY early and bring lots and LOTS of coffee. Get a big fat thermos. Take cat naps. Pull over and sleep for 15 minutes when you get too tired to drive.

For a whole pizza, I would recommend a bottle of magnesium citrate (CVS $2.99) or an 1/8 cup of psyllium whole husks with a big bottle of fruit juice like apple juice (real stuff) or pineapple coconut juice. If you really want to do a cleanse, try both, but don't make any plans for the evening.
