3 weeks postpartum and you are 7 lbs below prepregnancy weight! You are doing great! I think you are going to accomplish any goal you set out for.

True. Long story. TNP has had a one night stand
-
Yes Have you ever kissed a stranger?

Short answer: too hard to say, every pregnancy is different. It is more common for first time babies to go over due but not by much. I read an article on this subject once and I forget exactly, so I may be wrong, but I believe it said that, on average, first time babies come a day late. Also, your dilation really doesn't…

Set for 1lb a week loss, eat all your BF calories and half of your exercise calories is exactly what I was going to say. Oh, and the person that said no, don't ask your doctor. Doctors are not educated on these things. You want solid professional advice ask someone actually trained on the subject.

I don't workout at Summit but live in St George. There are local groups that workout together in the park and go hiking together. I was part of one wonderful group for a long time until I got pregnant and I no longer go. Just stroller walks for me for a little while.

Nope. Who? TNP has a sense of humor.
-
So false! TNP is addicted to TV
-
Oh so very true!! The things these babies do to us! TNP absolutely loves babies!

I am getting frustrated. At 3 weeks pp I had 5 lbs left to go. Now, at 7 weeks pp I have 6lbs left to go. For a month now I have been sitting about the same spot and even gone up a little. I have kicked it up a bit this past week and am exercising more but it has sent my appetite sky high and I am constantly hungry and am…

Nada Have you ever thatched a lawn?

I was overweight to begin with and am overweight now. I gained more than the doctor's wanted me to and even had a C section. I still bounced right back. My body is exactly the same as it was before. (But, as I said before, my body now - and before - is not ideal)
-
I had my old body back and was only 5lbs higher than pregnancy weight within 2.5 weeks. I am in all of my prepregnancy clothes. However, I did not consider this a good thing yet as my prepregnancy body was nowhere near ideal to begin with.

Oooooo, me! I loved this challenge the first time! I want in!

Sorry it took me so long to respond. Been busy. We have decided to go for April. Mostly because of the heat right now - it has hit 115° here already this year and August is usually worse. So, unless we go run by 6am then we don't go. Once the sun comes up, its miserable outside. So, we don't manage to get up and out by 6am…

Definitely not. TNP has an amazing talent.

No worries. This time was a walk in the park compared to my last. I am 6.5 weeks postpartum now and doing great! Besides weight loss. Grrrr! I have not only stopped losing but am now going the wrong direction. I have gained since 5wk mark and am not happy about it. I have only just started exercising again so hoping my…

Nothing new to add after all I read. I would love to know if you try pretending like she hit you, lol.

I don't know about the hair - sorry. But, for nails take liquid calcium and magnesium. This has helped my nails a ton! My nails are super strong, long and healthy now.

What everyone else said about wipes and deodorant. I also spray Degree body spray on. I don't use baby wipes though I use hygiene wipes. I also, on an hour break, would run for 30 minutes and then come back and sit in my car and crank up the AC in there for a minute. It helped me to stop sweating and cool down quickly…

Go you! You are an inspiration!

Not on accident Have you ever gotten a bloody nose at a very inconvenient or extremely embarrassing moment?
-
Never caught, nope/ Have you ever gotten in a fist fight?
-
No, don't think that has ever happened. Have you ever kissed a frog?
-
Sounds like you are making progress
-
No, not an ambition of mine either. Have you ever witnessed childbirth?
-
Nope but I have owned plenty of massively huge stuffed animals and have no desire to own one again. Have you ever been so frustrated with a situation you broke down crying?
-
Didn't read any responses so I am sorry if I am repeating something someone else already said. You weren't given the right size/bra for you. If a bra was truly the right size it would not do that. You need a tighter band and a larger cup. I also suggest elastic, not underwire. Also, look for designs that are higher on the…

No. But was super tempted to mess with his truck. Never did. Have you ever went and bought a new outfit because you didn't want to or have time to do laundry?

Love it! Totally agree. Rap is the only one I don't like. No, it isn't the words that get me, it's usually the headache first.
