NOOOO.

I drink 2%, usually with my afternoon snack, easy 10g of protein!

I got measured at 19.1% using one of those handheld devices (not sure I trust it...) My trainer says he wants to get me down to 15%. I don't think I trust going that low.

"low fat" anything... really, what's the point? enjoy regular ice cream, it'll get rid of the craving you're having anyway. :p No food is "off limits" for me. I give my body what it craves and make sure I get a good, balanced, nutritional diet.

Don't focus on how you look, focus on how you feel. Under-eating will not make you feel good and might even make your depression worse. Don't strive for a thigh gap or collarbones, strive to feel good every day, be healthy, and strong. You don't want to destroy your health, mental or physical, trying to attain unrealistic…

I have upped my protein intake, definitely seems to be helping, I'm already noticing a difference. I was hoping other ladies were out there to show me I'm not alone and inspire me :)

I think it's great in moderation (as are all things). There is nothing like a well-prepared steak. I like mine RARE for those interested... :P

I'm not trying to create a huge calorie deficit right now (actually I'm trying to maintain or gain slowly), actually focusing more on strength training, and I only do about 20 mins of cardio after I hit the weights. Already at about 20% BF and actually hoping to put on muscle, so weight loss is definitely not my goal.…

baked salmon, quinoa, and sauteed mini peppers with a bit of pesto

My husband seems to like the results, but he doesn't like me spending too much time away from him at the gym... plus he's like 40 lbs overweight and isn't doing jack **** about it.... all in time, I suppose.

Haha I was a little curious but I kept reading, I figured no one would be able to do 20g / 20g / 20g because that only adds up to 20 * 4 + 20 * 4 + 20 * 9 which equals 340 calories. I figured it was an honest mistake. Don't worry :) EDIT: in case you're wondering where the math comes from here's a handy way to figure out…

I set my carb/protein/fat to 45%/30%/25% and I mostly pay attention to calories and protein, I don't mind if I don't hit my carb macro on rest days.

That I never knew what BMR was, so I thought if you ate 1000 calories in a day you had to burn off 1000 calories...

Here's a good guide for what percentage to target for different goals: http://www.thewalkingsite.com/thr.html Personally I stay around 130-150 when doing cardio.

haha, jeez! What a crazy lady... I had a Subway sandwich yesterday and I didn't bother the guy making my sandwich about the calories... I went home and got on their website and figured it out mah dang self!

I never said you had no right to complain. I was just trying to illustrate the fact that clothing is not made for all of us. It's made for a fake mannequin in a store window. In a more progressive society we would have clothing that caters to all body shapes and sizes, but as it stands now unless you're shaped like that…

Can't find clothes that fit? You act like you're part of some marginalized, downtrodden group of women who clothing manufacturers don't make clothing for. No, newsflash, clothing is not made for most women. It's made to fit some weird ideal "average" woman that doesn't exist. So whether you're curvy or a ruler or a pear or…

I log pretty much everything but I guess on the measurements. My goal is 1650 right now and I find myself under most of the time. I'm more focused on hitting my macros than the actual calories since I'm just starting out. Since I joined MFP I've put on a pound of muscle so I'm doing something right! EDIT: Regarding the…

None yet, but I think there's a couple of thin mints at home with my name on them... that is, if my husband didn't eat them all already!

I get a lot of comments similar to "I wish I had your body!" I've recently starting strength training and going to the gym to hopefully put on some muscle. I don't want to be that girl who needs help out because she bought a 50lb bag of cat litter... :\

I like cutting the chicken in half lengthwise and stuffing it with ingredients. Then I will season it on the outside and grill. Soo tasty! :)

If it works for you, that is great. Personally I find that foods such as frozen burritos, pizza, and ice cream are not as filling and don't keep me full as long as fruit, fish, chicken, brown rice, or veggies. Also it is a lot harder to meet my macros with those kind of foods. That being sad I never deprive myself when I…

More endurance, easier to wake up in the morning, more energy, more focused at work! It's really great not feeling like s**t all the time.
