I hate to side-track but, believe it or not, ham is sometimes pretty good in numbers too. We get the ham steaks from Costco and they are like 110 calories a serving! cut off your 3oz, put it in the microwave and you got yourself ham! (i love ham, can you tell?)

that's what I read too, and if that's the case, get some undies that are more spandex. it's hard to explain, but they aren't shiny and almost look like very-heavy tights - does that make sense? At any rate, they stay where you put them :)

right now i have a pair of K-Swiss Tubes (running shoes because I walk alot) and they are actually men's shoes. I have a wider foot (and an aversion to pink) so I have better luck with men's sneakers. Adidas also seems to do well for a wider foot. Let us know what you get!

When I knew i was going out with friends and wanted to have a couple drinks without feeling guilty, I worked out twice has hard that day. Not to mention, reviewed the calories in my favorite drink and pre-counted how many i could have before going out!
