Mine is under the breast in the natural fold....there was absolutely no loss of sensation, if anything it enhanced it.... Im a firm believer in "to each thier own" but for me it was the best investment ever. :heart: :heart:

Here is my fav- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt 2 cups frozen spinach 1 frozen banana sliced 1 kiwi peeled and sliced 1 cup skim milk 1 TBS Honey Dump it all in the blender and blend till smooth and creamy :drinker:

My dog....My alarm goes off an hour before I have to be up to give me my work out time, however on the occasion that I hit snooze she will sit in the floor and bark till I get up and let her out. Either way, IM NOT SLEEPING IN! lol

I take half a ripe avocado and mash it with a tsp of honey and eat it on my toast....YUMMY!

I use a yellow cake mix, 10oz diet orange soda and 2 egg whites....Mix together and bake according to the box directions. After it cools I frost it with 1 tub of light cool whip mixed with a can of mandarin oranges (the ones in juice not syrup) Call it "My Skinny Orange Cake" The family loves it!!!!! I still drink my coffee, three cups EVERY morning with skim milk and splenda.....everyone is different, but I cant imagine my life without it! LOL:love:

Baby carrots, cherry tomatoes,snack packs of peanuts, zip lock baggies with dry whole grain cereal, and I sometimes freeze bottles of water, tea, or sugar free lemonade.....They thaw on the way but stay cold for hours and you dont have to have an ice chest or cooler to keep them in. Have a safe trip and Happy Easter!
