I made it through day 1!! The only time my knees hurt was during jumping jacks. I had to modify them and felt like a moron for modifying something so basic, but I didn't rest and pushed through it. This video is awesome! Thank you to everyone for the input!

Ellipticals!! I have tried multiple times and I feel burning and cramping in my thighs after 3 go arounds. I started using the semi-recumbent elliptical on a high resistance to build up strength and hope to try an elliptical again in a month when no one is looking haha

YES!! I listen to those 3 songs when I first get on the treadmill to get my HR going, then I switch to my pandora dubstep station. Lots of Deadmau5, skrillex, nero and Flux Pavilion keep me going!
