Made this tonight with 1% cottage cheese, 1 scoop of body fortress chocolate powder, 1 packet of Truvia (which I probably didn't need), 1/2 cup of Silk unsweetened almond milk instead of water, and a handful of frozen strawberries. This sounds wonderful! I never even thought of using a muffin tin like that :D I am all about breakfast sandwiches and find myself making them at least 3 or 4 times a week with the 100 calorie bagel thins but having them premade is a great time saver!

I looked everywhere online for a recipe for my new protein powder I bought yesterday with the advice of my nutritionist and I found NOTHING helpful except weight and mass gainers. This is so perfect!! I am so excited to make one with my new blender and powder tomorrow after I get home from the gym. Thank you <3
