Your macros seem fine. Personally I just focus on getting at least 100 grams of protein and enough calories in a day, carbs and fat will fall into place. Just try this for a while and see how it goes, maybe slowly increase calories a bit if needed.

You are starving and binging, why not eat at a reasonable deficit every day? Much healthier. Also read this article, much better explanation: http://www.katwhitfield.com/2014/06/11/what-does-eat-more-to-lose-weight-mean/

Make sure you sleep and eat enough, then you can make it through the day. And slowly lower coffee intake to 1-3 cups a day or so.
-
Come back here in a week and tell how it went, you will have given up by then.
-
You dont have to be perfect on macros on every single meal, just as long as you get pretty close to them at the end of the day.
-
Never go below BMR, that is what your body needs for energy when you are in a coma
-
No telling, it depends on your BF% and how healthy you are. The higher weight might be better and easier to maintain.
-
How will you keep off the weight when you lose it with these meds. Keep taking them for the rest of your life? Why not learn a healthy lifestyle, and lose the weight with calorie deficit?

I can gain 5 lbs in a day due to hormonal changes. Don't beat yourself up, it's normal to have fluctuations, and you were working in your health.
-
I have the feeling it does not count activities properly when I log them on Fitbit's site.
-
Set MFP to sedentary activity, it takes your activities from Fitbit. And log your lifting and such on MFP, not on Fitbit site.

Get clothes that fit you probably, the fitting of your pants can make a huge difference
-
It's not awful, it's normal. You can sometimes reduce it by lowering BF%
-
Great post! And you're looking great! This is very similar to what I am doing now, slow and steady :)
-
I save them, especially pants. Every hormonal weight fluctuation happens in my butt region, so I need to have a few different sizes.

Get enough protein (at least 100 grams a day is recommended) Eat at your calorie goal (for muscle building stick reasonably close to TDEE, hard to build something on deficit) Lift weights Add some cardio if you want (I personally like lifting 2-3 times a week, and also 3 times a week or so of cardio, cycling, running,…

I eat it whenever I feel like it, I just fit it in my calorie goals.
-
Stress can cause might eating and not being able to sleep.
-
Tone up is a meaningless term, you want to gain muscle and reduce bodyfat percentage.
-
Have fun and enjoy your evening. Your friend is going away, just make it a fun night and don't stress so much over 1 meal.
-
Just enjoy it. I doubt you use a whole lot of honey every single day, you can fit it in your daily calories.
-
Food is just food. Look up orthorexia, and consider getting help. Your food fears might be getting worse, and you could get too scared to eat anything anymore.

His is a GREAT post about your question: http://fitvillains.tumblr.com/post/7934677568/why-losing-weight-wont-change-your-shape-and-other Short answer: basic shape will stay the same, that's just your bones, but by lowering BF% and increasing muscle mass, you can change it a bit. Make your legs look tighter.

Some people like to stick to certain percentages of a nutrient, like low carb, or high protein. Just try some stuff and see what works for you. For muscle building a higher % of protein is usually recommended. Basically it's just calories in versus out, but I for example prefer a bit more carbs for energy for my workouts,…
-
Nope, it's just calories in versus out, there is no magic pill for healthy permanent weight loss.

Nobody at the beach will notice, everyone is too busy with themselves, how they think they look. Just relax and have fun, starving yourself now just to see the number on the scale go down a bit will not make your holiday more fun.
-
It's not open
-
Net calories should be at least your BMR, please don't starve yourself like this.

Do your lungs need a break from breathing? Does your heart need a break from beating? Why would your digestive system need a break? All you are doing is bringing extra stress to your body, and flushing out minerals and salt. You can die from too much water.
