Well said. Anyways.. to the OP, I suggest putting smoked salmon in your intake to get a good dose of nutrients/proteins. It's low cal and has a good bit of protein for a 1000 cal diet. So yeh, good luck.

Exactly. Many centenarians have actually cut their intake in half. If she wants to consume 1000 then fine. Jeesh

I think it's fine for rapid loss. I consume less. However, I wouldn't have posted about it though, because you're going to get bashed by 90% of people on this forum who think their ways are always the right way. Do what you want to do. It's your body ffs.

I think it's kind of important to consume good carbs as much as you can vs bad carbs. I usually feel better when I take the whole grain choice, and eat lots of vegetables. I feel like crap after eating pizza too, lol. I ate one today actually.. D: and feel like crap.

I think a lot of it has to do with your complexion. I'm like paper white, covered in freckles, and freckle A LOT when I tan and have red/blonde tones in my hair. So sometimes I blame myself for trying to tan back then. Pretty sure most of tthe beds say something about fair skinned people being wary of the risks.

Don't like tans. I wear 100 spf everyday, and have for a long, long time. Tanned about two weeks for a prom in high school and had to get a skin cancer cut out of my eyelid. Nopee not for me.

I don't like hair.. :s Atleast not on the torso area, or excessively hairy arms. Hairless is okay.

I've actually had someone treat me in the same manner. He did the exact same thing and pointed to the ellipticals, then proceeded to tell me I was too small to be lifting, rofl. I actually told the staff and I think they talked to him, never saw him after that, not sure what happened.
