I miss that so much. With 30+ left to lose I am hot all the time. I would rather be cold than hot it is easy to add layers but when you are down to a t-shirt and shorts it is hard to cool down any more and still stay covered deciently

My old favorite was bike riding. My current favorite is walking and I am trying hard 3-4 days a week to love running. I am not at that point yet but soon. A friend told me that if I just keep running something will click and I won't want to stop. I am training for my first 5k now.

Woot Woot! Congratulations! When I went from Obese to Overweight in July I was so busy doing the happy dance for two days straight that I ended up with another 2 lb loss. I use the Wii fit plus to calculate bmi and weight and was so happy when it finally stopped saying thats obese. Congratulations again!
