As much as I am planner...my career was not my childhood dream or something I had planned. It was a spur of the moment kind of thing, and I don't have one single regret.

Lots of things...too many really to list. Thanks for reminding me. LOL...in all seriousness...lot of things. One of the things I do work on, once a week are my less confident lifts. How else do I get better?

Like Whierd said...that's core strength there. If she's rounding, have her lower the bar to something higher than an aerobic step. Her hamstrings could be tight too and she's not getting that butt back enough and chest up and over the bar to keep the form good down low which isn't uncommon in new lifting. And feet...hip…

^^This. I may feel a slight bit in my quads in a front squat compared with a back squat...I think mainly because of stability. But, I do them just the same...lead with your *kitten* to start the squat and open the hips to get out of the ATG squat so the focus stays on the glutes (same as for a back squat...main difference…
