I have the bodybugg and I love it!! I wear it almost all day, but you can just wear it for workouts if you want. When you get one it also comes with an entire online thing to help you out, track your calorie deficit and give you meal plans and everything.

Not the best picture but I had this of my egg white omelette with kale, tomato, and scallions and gimme lean veggie ground sausage that I attempted to shape into a heart. lol

I just experiment with the amount of ice or frozen fruit I put in them to make it either more or less thick.

If I have sweet potatoes I usually either slice them up and cook them in the oven kind of like sweet potato fries or something and then dip them in a little bit of agave nectar or I will have a baked sweet potato with some laughing cow cheese in it..which is amazing.

I actually just got Yonanas recently. It's really awesome, its this little machine you put bananas and other fruit or anything you want through and it comes out like the consistency of ice cream, but it's really just the fruit. It's one of my favorite things now. :)

I always add the milk when I have it, but I make protein shakes and oatmeal with water most of the time and sometimes even just have cereal dry.

I love most of the beachbody.com workouts, they are great. I have done p90x, insanity, turbofire, turbo jam, brazil butt lift (which is actually a decent workout for the whole body), and think I might try slim in 6 next. Good luck! :)

Swiss Miss Diet Hot Chocolate..its just a packet you add hot water to and it's only 25 calories and really good.
