I found a litter of kittens in my old boat once, and they couldn't have been more than 5 weeks old. I nursed them back to help and found them homes, but I was at a total loss what to do when I found them! Since they were young, I bought some kitten milk (a formula they sell at pet stores or wal-mart) but they seemed…

The easiest (and very tasty) chicken for me to cook only needs one ingredient: Grub Rub! It is a seasoning that is a tenderizer, seasoning, and marinade in one! It is gluten free and contains no MSG (though it does contain some salt and sugar if you are watching that). I rub it into chicken breasts (sometimes I let it…

^ They are all pretty complex to me compared to writing English, but I like Japanese. The kana systems and kanji they use look like they would be difficult but fun to learn! < My cat just tried to eat my apple. v What is your favorite genre of movies?

That is also my shake of choice! It is so good!

I french braid my bangs down the side of my head, then put the tail + everything else in a ponytail! It is the only thing I have found keeps my hair 100% out of my face! On days I don't have time, I twist my bangs up with some hair and put a barette in. That works well, but not quite as good as braiding!

We invited a bunch of friends over and we will be watching it. I know it is a 'soap opera' for men, but it is still entertaining and a good excuse to have a get together (not that we need an excuse!) Hubby used to watch wrestling all the time, but Wrestlemania is one of the only times he watches it now. He went in Houston…

Just started lifting yesterday! I can't wait until I gain the kind of strength I see the ladies on here have!

I get the banana one, some Michael's (craft store) ones, and some dog treats ones! I haven't been looking up anything for my dogs lately, so I don't know what that is about! Also, I deleted all my cookies yesterday, so I wonder if these are just random today?

My favorite green smoothie recipe is: -1 banana -1/2 cup frozen peaches -1/2 cup frozen mango -a couple handfuls of spinach -coconut water (about 1/2 - 1 cup) It tastes very tropical! :)

My husband just got me this one for my birthday: http://www.target.com/p/Perfect-Portions-Scale/-/A-13961615#?lnk=sc_qi_detailbutton Also, I asked for it, he didn't just randomly buy it for me because he thought I needed it! :) I use it mostly to weigh things, but the calorie counter thing is pretty accurate based on the…

My favorite protein shake consists of a scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1-2 TBS of PB2 (powdered peanut butter), almond milk (either chocolate or vanilla), and a banana. Sometimes I also add ice. I don't know if you could make it in a cup blender (maybe if you only put 1/2 banana!) but it is delicious!

Or, you know, that. :)

Maybe start trying to meet different types of women? If one 'type' doesn't seem right for you, then maybe try to meet all kinds! My husband is not what I would have considered my type when I was dating, and we have been happily married for almost 7 years!

I know the exercises are in the specific order for a reason, but I ran into a problem today (in my first workout!) at my gym. It is CRAZY crowded in there sometimes and the specific weights I needed weren't available when I needed them. I do plan on trying to go to the gym at a less crowded time, but is it a terrible thing…

5'3" here! SW: 129 (last Oct, before starting MFP) CW: 117 (26% BF) Goal: 20% BF (whatever weight I am when I am there!) I started working out 3x a week in October and got down to 120. Then I started logging with MFP at the beginning of Feb. and noticed inches lost. Now, I am going to start lifting to see where that takes…

I've used these before in a stir-fry and even my VERY picky husband ate them! I'll have to pick them up again and try one of the 'Chell-Approved' methods!

Physical Touch is my last one, lol! I'm 'Quality Time'! I'm not a particularly affectionate person, but my husband and I have been happily married for 6 years (and been together for 8). I like kissing as long as it is not a sloppy makeout session!

I've lost 8 pounds and am one pound away from my goal weight, but I am seeing now that I will probably want to lose another 5. I have been working out 3 days a week (cardio/running/free weights) for about 6 months now. My strength increased, but I didn't start seeing any changes in my weight until I started to eat better…

LOVE Hudson jeans! I'm not usually one to pay that much for jeans, but I found that they fit me like a glove and they are so soft! They are the best fitting jeans I have ever had.

I am in my 30s (though I have been told that I really don't look it) and I have never really paid attention to the 'rules' for my age. I wear what I feel comfortable and confident in, no matter what section of the store I buy it in! I love wearing skinny jeans tucked into knee length boots just as much as I love wearing my…

I'm going to have to try this! It looks like my normal protein shake with cocoa added!

^^I agree with this^^ They have the nutrition info for all the menu items here: http://www.olivegarden.com/menu/nutrition/ I like to be prepared before I go places and have a few choices picked out beforehand! Something else that I do when I go out to eat sometimes is to half my portion immediately, and take the rest to go…

Sounds good! I will try it this week!

I have all these ingredients as well...I may be trying these next week!

I don't drink them often, but yesterday I made one with the Dymatize Rich Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate and mixed it with half a banana, 1 cup of NF milk, ice, and 1 TB of PB2. It was so delicious!!!

You could also cook it overnight in a crock pot! There are many recipes out there that mix it with different fruits and spices, but I tend to make a batch of it plain and then split it into individual portions to heat up in the morning. I usually just eat mine with blueberries, but it is good with agave (or honey), nuts,…

I make a quinoa 'salad' with avocado chunks, sliced cucumbers, lemon juice, a tsp of olive oil, and some adobo seasoning. It is really good, and really filling! You could also add tomato, green onions and cilantro, but I never do :)

Thanks for the helpful spreadsheet! I needed some help figuring out a few things, and this has provided me with a lot of clarity!

Gender: Female Age: 32 Height: 5'3" SW: 123 CW: 118 GW: 115? Whatever I weigh when all the chub is gone and the muscle underneath is revealed! NSV: I had one last month when I sprinted for the first time in two years since I tore my ACL playing soccer. I still wear a brace, but I am almost back to my speedy self! I want to…
