Amazing Anita I really loved the video you did an amazing job! I never really got a chance to see the videos that you were doing when you were taping your daily workouts when you were doing insanity that is really a huge inspiration to see that portion of the video!

Looks like you have a high salt intake. I know that if I eat over my salt intake for the day that I will gain. I'm super sensitive to salt.

I use Shakeology and it's the best meal replacement shake I have found. I am a beachbody coach but I'm not actively selling at the moment I'm just doing it for the discount on beachbody products. Not sure if anyone has suggested this or not. But you could get and elliptical or treadmill for your house that way you can get in cardio and then also do some strength training from videos. You can find used ellipticals and treadmills on Craigslist. If you don't have that much room in the house maybe you could get one…

I weigh in every morning. It's kind of an obsession. I just make sure that I don't let the numbers get me down. Like today I weighed in a was 2lbs up but I've been eating hot sauce for the last 2 days so I'm sure it's my sodium intake because I have not gone over my daily calories. I'm currently doing P90X. I really like it the weight is just melting off when I'm doing these workout which is what's keeping me going. I think next I will either do TurboFire or Insanity not sure which one yet.

If your looking to burn more calories then just doing one of the P90X videos alone couldn't you just do the lean P90X option and throw in the Cardio X as your second form of exercise for the day? You would burn about 800 calories a day. I'm sure that why they added that option in P90X.

I heard this not too long ago. When the Mayan calendar was made there was no such thing as leap years. Now we have added leap years into our calendar. So technically the world should have already ended since we have added that one extra day every 4 years. Made sense to me....

I notice that my sodium intake directly affects my weight when I weigh the next day. I usually weigh more when I've had too much sodium the day before. I do P90X in the morning before I have breakfast. Just make sure that you eat properly the day before and you should be fine.
