i know weight watchers gives fruit a 0 point rating so people doing that can have as much fruit as they want basically. i personally count the calories from everything. i guess you could chalk it up to personal preference and finding out how your body handles it :)

i have it too...doctor knows and isnt concerned. i just have skin discoloration, but at least now i can consider myself in good company! :)

i second the use of c25k when you start jogging. ive never been a runner and i can now jog for a whole 30 minutes through using that. i plan on signing up for a 5k once i get some more speed. :)

i dont like for some foods to touch...but i mix others, like macaroni and cheese with mashed potatoes. i put hot sauce on pretty much anything...spaghetti, chicken, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. i also have a texture issue with most fruit...its the seeds. i cant stand seeds.

for me its a lifestyle change, not a diet...so nothing is completely off limits. i have a small treat of some sort quite often as long as it fits into my daily calories. eat some cake, and enjoy, even if you go over as long as it doesnt become a habit i think youd be fine. :)

i go with lands end because theyre good quality and nice sizes. im 6' tall so that poses a challenge some other places :)

to each their own i guess...i couldnt do that to myself on purpose and im not sure i could accidentally consume 30,000 calories a day even if i didnt watch what i was eating. :/

id say if you get one try to stick with weekly weighing yourself so you dont get discouraged with small fluctuations. if youre someone who tends to obsess over the numbers it might be best to just do measurements instead. good luck! :)

other than just genetic factors and exercise and slow progress on losing...there are skin firming lotions. i havent hit a point that im skinny enough to know what my skins going to be like yet, but i was told that nivea skin firming lotion with q10 is a good one and it doesnt seem any more expensive than most lotions so…

i say dont hide it, make sure things stay just friendly, maybe ask your boyfriend to come too sometimes, and then all is well

i didnt have high blood pressure before, but i know a lot of people on here and in real life who have gone off of blood pressure meds or had to take a lower dose. talk to your doctor and congrats on improving your health!! :D
