My guys is supportive, but has no desire to do it too. No problem, you can't force someone to do what they don't want. Since I cook, he gets to eat healthy too. It's hard sometimes, because he does want junk sometime, which makes it harder to resist. But it's all good. :)

I stop and stare, wipe the drool from the mouth and giggle like a little girl....embarrassing, I know. It also depends on what you are doing when I see you. A ripped out guys doing normal daily tasks is super hot.

I live in Colorado, USA. I have fleece lined leggings that I run in during the winter. To keep dry, ( and not show off my bum too much) I also put on nylon running pants over the leggings. They help with wind sheer and keep me dry if it's raining. I found a pair in the boys section at Target. Hope that helps!? :)

I herniated L3-L4, and L4-S1 when I was 25. I didn't want surgery, because it was a new thing then. The injections helped, but it took a while for them to work. If you can, find a "McKenzie" trained physical therapist. They will work with you to see which direction the discs are herniated in and give you exercises to help…

Hi Honey! I'm an emotional eater too! Anything goes wrong, I eat. I found that if I switch what I munch on to low calorie things, it's not as bad. Things like beef jerky, pickles, air popped popcorn. I also drink a lot of water to help with feeling full! That being said, When I'm really stressed, I just go all out. Bad, I…

I completely agree with timboom1! I've been running since high school and I still go get fitted at a professional running store (the Boulder Running Co, in Colorado) every time I need new shoes. Even the newer model of the same shoe from last year may change and not work anymore. It's worth the money to make sure the shoes…

Great job!!! Your body will freak out during a taper week!! Just get plenty of sleep and don't reduce calorie intake too much. Your body needs the reserves for the race. Walking is also a great idea, if your legs get too twitchy. Good luck! You'll rock it!
