Those are awesome results! It definitely looks like you've lost a lot more than 4 pounds. Just more proof that the scale doesn't tell the whole story. Congrats on completing the program!

When I have actual binge days (usually an emotional eating kind of episode) where I feel out of control I usually max out around 4500-5000 calories. After that I feel like I'm going to explode. I normally eat 2000-2500 which is plenty to keep me satisfied.

Years ago the Charlotte Observer printed an article about how to lose weight eating at McDonalds. They quoted the nutritionist as saying you should get a salad with grilled children as a healthier option. Oh how I wish I'd clipped it.

I'm really lazy and like to throw some chicken in the crockpot on high for 4 hours with a little water in it, maybe some salt and pepper or Montreal chicken seasoning if I'm feeling sassy. This. I'm 5'3.5"ish and girls my height use the same reasoning. I eat well over 2000 a day typically and lose. I *am* very active though. I'd still recommend you try NETTING at least 1200 calories, if not 1400.

How much fiber does it have? They often deduct fiber grams from carbs, which deducts from the overall calories (Quest bars do this, for example)

Really appreciate this post. I have always *wanted* to lift, but have always been too nervous. I've been researching SL 5x5 and found a gym to join... The next step is going to be the hardest but I'll just keep this post in the back of my mind :)

I have a 24oz bottle with a straw. The straw really does help. Just keep it with you at all times and give it your best shot. Some days I get 8 cups, sometimes 3, sometimes 20. Depends on how much of a priority I make it, haha.

Setting a goal of 50 miles this month. It's very doable for me but I struggle with consistency.

I love mine! I realized I had been undereating forever which is why I've had so many binge issues. I've had mine since June or July 2013 and have had the most success in losing weight and keeping it off since then. It's a very eye-opening gadget.

^^ I agree with Starfish. You are probably burning more cals than you realize. If I had mine set to sedentary I would have really dramatic adjustments even if I didn't move all day.
