And thank you to all the other MFPals for the comments and compliments. Much appreciated! ;)

Never, ever again. I already threw all my old clothes out, and I will never fit into size 60 pants again. 40 and below is where I'm going!! ????

I appreciate friends like you so much. It's been a hard journey so far, but with friends like you who make it so much easier it's just quite the experience!

Definitely, here you go: We all know the scenario of sitting on the couch with a bowl of chips on your personal table (a.k.a. your belly) and a 32 oz. coke in your hand. I know it just too well, because that used to be me. Chips and coke used to be my best friends and consumed almost daily. No wonder I was expanding like a…

Thanks, man, appreciate it a lot! And thank you all!

Haha... Thank you, but yes I'm married!

No need to thank me, Sherri. Jason came up with that challenge and I'm glad he did. Love having you in the group and I'm glad you enjoy yourself!

I did get rid of a huge bag of clothes too, but with sizes too big for me! I know for sure I won't go back there!!

Awesome... Then you're at the right place.

All together I'm looking to lose about 160 pounds. I've lost 83 pounds so far, going from 339lbs. to 256lbs so far. Feel free to add me. I'm here every day, mostly many times a day since I'm kind of addicted to this site ;). I've also created a group on here for support and motivation. Feel free to join, the more the…

Oh I remember that one. It was coming out of the shower and seeing myself in the mirror. I couldn't see passed the fat and was seriously wondering how the hell that happened. That moment is definitely where it all began!

I've created a group yesterday with a lot of supportive, inspirational and motivational people. This is a blog post about a group I've created. It's a group for all the champions who need some inspiration and motivation to keep on going down this road. We are all on the same wagon, helping each other to stay dedicated and…

Bioshock games are awesome, especially the newest one. Just like you, I also loved the newest Tomb Raider. I'm a fan of the Assassin's Creed series, Halo, GTA, Ghost Recon and Army of Two. There are many more but it would take a while to name them all!

At my highest weight of 339 pounds: Half way to my goal:

I'm definitely in. Might even have something to motivate and inspire people. :)

I'm actually quite good today, and realized I'm more addicted to MFP than I thought I was. :) How are you?

Dudaaaaaa!!! *Waves* It feels like quitting smoking all over again!

Hey, I've been writing inspirational and motivational podcasts for my MFPals for a while now and thought I'd share them on tumblr as well. I usually write them Monday-Friday, but will be sharing some additional stuff on there too. So if you have a tumblr account and you're looking for some motivation to get you through the…

Thanks, guys. I appreciate all your comments.

Oh and to everybody else, thank you so much for all the kind words. ;)

I've always had it on 2 pounds per week, but when I hit the down time after 6 months, I didn't lose anything anymore then. So actually, that weight has been dropped in 10 months if you would not include the downtime. But even during that time I continued to log in because I really wanted to keep my streak.

I did it by staying committed. I know that seems easier said than done and believe me I know that. When I started out I used things like my Xbox Kinect to get moving. It was fun and worked my body, especially when I was 339 pounds. I also started being very active, going out and plating basketball, volleyball, football…

Wow, thank you so very much for all you've said!! ;)

I agree. Start doing them on the wall, then slowly decrease the height of the object you're using. I.E. Wall, then go down to a counter, then down to a bench until you're able to do them on the floor. Researches have shown that you stabilize your core this way, as compared to when you do them on your knees. They are more…
