FYI for those 0f you who like to make the angel food cakes, they had lots of cream of tartar at my Aldi. It seemed like it was hard to find for some of you.

I used to get those little mini graham cracker crusts and fill them with the Philadelphia cheesecake filling and then top them off with fruit. They were individual and customizable.

What about a protein waffle? I follow mudhustler on instagram and he’s famous for the “big a## waffle”. It’s a pretty decent size and you can put low calorie things on it like fruit and chocolate syrup etc.

I have ordered from icecreamsource.com a few times recently in order to try new flavors of Halo Top and flavors of Enlightened that aren't sold around me. It's a bit expensive but decent. And good customer service. They have the Pumpkin Pie.

Lol you sound like me. I ENJOY some sitting around. But I probably need to be a bit more generally active outside of my workout classes. Thanks everyone. I think I'll set mine to sedentary for the remainder of the summer and then back to lightly active when school starts. With being less active and indulging on vacation…

I had the bodybugg and liked it except I got SO tired of people asking what it was and giving me weird looks when I tried to explain it no like the Fitbit a lot better.

How high is the steepest incline on the treadmill you're using and how fast do you go?

I start off with half spinach and half spring mix. Then, I add grape tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions. Broccoli Slaw, matchstick carrots. Then 1 oz of fat free feta, and 2 Tbs of sliced almonds. Then I add protein, either imitation crab, chicken, black beans, etc. 1 tsp EVOO and garlic red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Yum!

The salad doesn't NEED to be 300 calories. Ask for it with no dressing, then ask for the light Italian on the side. Dip, don't pour. Also ask for no croutons. Then have two bowls of minestrone and no breadsticks. Lately they haven't even been that good-kinda bland.

I actually just did it this AM! I used to do it kind of regularly but took a nice long hiatus from eating healthy and exercising:(. It's an amazing workout. I love it cause it's longer, no equipment needed, and no pushups. It really gets your heart rate WAY up and you will sweat buckets. I get amazing results last summer…

I use mine daily! I use a little olive oil spray, 1/2 c egg whites, then I cut a laughing cow wedge into it, put chopped onion, mushroom, and spinach in, a teaspoon of oilve oil, a little salt and pepper. 3:30 min and then I put it on a slice of whole grain toast wi a thick slice of tomato under it.
