When I first started mfp put me at 1200 which I did for a while til my loss stalled for about 4 months. Then I learned you should not eat below your BMR. 1260 is way too low. Check out the group on here eat more to weigh less, they'll be able to get you going in the right direction. Good Luck!

I try to stay away from the ones with so many fillers and by products. Evo, Blue Buffalo, Innova, are some really good ones. They cost more but you actually can feed the dogs less because they aren't filled with all those fillers.

I weigh about 4-5 lbs more in the evening. Try not to weigh yourself but once a week... whenever I do more than that I usually get discouarged because of all the fluctations. Yes, just got the biggest loser one a few weeks ago to weigh my meats. I found out that I was really underestimating my meats...makes a big difference to me:)
