Okay, so for punishments... Something easily modified for disabilities and also something that can be done WITHOUT equipment. Some people don't have a gym or gym type equipment at their disposal.. But it MUST be a punishment! 50 Left crunches 50 Right crunches 25-40 pushups 3x a week Just an idea?

As I workout, I find that my body actually craves more meat than veggies. Protein helps rebuild my muscles so when I don't give my body the protien I feel like I have to eat SOO much to just feel satisfied and my body aches longer.

I almost cried when Carol and Daryl reunited! I wanted there to be that kiss... you know, the one that everyone wants to happen. I don't think it ever will.. but I was sure with such an intense reunion there would be! I picked her up off the ground and everything! It was incredible.

I take an Iron pill daily (as long as I remember)... I also take Levothyroxine which I have to space out at least 4 hours from my iron supplement so I tend to forget the Iron every once in a while.. as for lean protein, I am all about that!
