I, unfortunately did not see the extra challenge until just now :( I AM going to do them today. Those up/downs were crazy... I couldn't jump so I had to modify them. I tried and tried but I couldn't get my feet to jump up. Even my 13yr old was like "come on! You can do it!" so anyways modifications made and him and I did…

Did it!!!!! Everything is done! 50 crunches (situps) 1 mile walk, under calories, and 12 cups of water... I'm jumping in the shower! I'll be in bed by 11:30 hopefully asleep so I can get up at 5am! Wish me luck!
