I feel your pain! I tried to get my sister to exercise with me so I brought her to my gym, the two of us hopped up on treadmills side by side, I was running and she was walking when she decided to bend down to pick up her water, well of course she couldn't keep her balance and kind of hit the belt head first and flew off…

My whole vision of myself is distorted, when I was 40lbs heavier I totally had "faborexia" thought I was fabulous in the mirror but my gosh the shock of seeing the true me in a picture was unreal. Now in the mirror I feel I look huge but in pics it's a far smaller version of my mirror image. Hopefully when I reach goal…

Was hiking this morning so had Greek yogurt with rhubarb, oats with banana and peanut butter, all came in around 570. I love breakfast, sets me up for the day if I have at least 450 cals.

It's my 30th birthday in January so I'm being treated to a pair of Christian Louboutins from my husband, I should be about 5-10lbs from goal weight then so when I hit my goal it's a Jimmy Choo bag! Woo hoo can't wait!! I never thought I'd be excited about turning 30!!
