I had mines removed in 2010 at age 21. The only thing I changed was to cut out greased foods and Fast food. One other 'food' that I probably should cut out is Chocolate. I'm 5'6. My goal weight lies within 138-142 lbs. To be precise, 140. Just sayin, as long as i stay within that range. I'm good. I'm also medium frame, if not large.

Oatmeal? Fish? Interesting enough my nephew eats his oatmeal with peanut butter. I haven't tried it myself so I'm not sure how to rate that. I don't have much around the house but I do make Kale smoothies or Strawberry Smoothies once in a while. @MaryMBacon Great Job!
